Dear patients, our gastroenterology clinic on the Eppendorfer Baum specialises primarily in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterological diseases. This includes all the organs of the digestive tract, i.e. oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gallbladder and pancreas. For a fast and safe diagnosis, we use high-resolution video endoscopes and sonography, among other things. The pain-free execution of gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures is a given. The support of patients with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, collagenous colitis) is a particular speciality of our practice. Treatment covers the entire range of therapeutic options, including the application of biologics. Four certified, experienced colitis nurses are here to provide you with optimal support.
